How to use

At the age of six months, nutrient needs are growing (as is your baby). Complementary foods begin to provide extra nutrients in addition to the liquid breast milk or infant formula that previously served as your baby’s only nutrition source. First solid complementary foods for babies include vegetable and fruit purees, as well as infant cereals specially designed to meet nutritional needs of babies.

Preparation & Handling

To prepare 150 ml bottle use preboiled lukewarm water, add 2 scoops of powder, shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add one more scoop of powder to water, shake vigorously for additional 15 seconds, and the cereal is ready. Don’t forget to check temperature before serving. If needed, cool bottle in cold water.

It is recommended to encourage infants and toddlers to consume a variety of complementary foods to meet energy and nutrient needs. Infant cereal, plays an important role in meeting these nutrient needs during this life stage and should be offered as a part of a diverse daily menu between 1-2 servings per day.

Else Plant-based preparation is a protein supplemented cereal intended for infants from 6 months during their weaning period as a supplement to their diversified diet. Else baby complies with EU regulation 609/2013. It is not a follow-on formula and cannot be used as a breast milk substitute or as a sole source of nutrition.
